Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9×13 pan.
Cut your bread into cubes. Place in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, make your custard by mixing together eggs, brown sugar, milk, half and half, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Once mixed, pour over the bread cubes.
Mix together the bread and custard until everything is well incorporated.
Place your bread in the pan evenly in the 9×13 pan.
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
Serve and enjoy with as much maple syrup as you like!
