Cheeseburger Macaroni in the Instant Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 16 oz Elbow Macaroni
  • 5 cups Beef Broth
  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese Block
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients together with your Instant Pot.

  2. Set Instant Pot to sauté and brown the ground beef.

    Add spices

  3. Pour beef broth in and add pasta.

    Seal the lid and pressure valve close.

    Set to pressure cook on high for 6 minutes. Be careful to keep an on on the timing so you don’t overcook!

    Manually release pressure valve and open lid.

  4. Stir in cheeses.

  5. Serve with your favorite vegetable or salad.

    Try a dollop of sour cream on top for an extra rich and yummy flavor.

VARIATIONS CHEESEBURGER MACARONI RECIPE

  • Use Ground Turkey or Ground Chicken Instead of Beef
  • Use Chicken or Turkey Broth Instead of Beef
  • Try Different Shredded Cheese like a Pepper Jack for a bit of spice
  • Add diced green chilis and onions to the ground beef for a Southwest flair.
