Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Cook Time 4 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 package of andouille sausage sliced
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes and chilies 
  • 1 4 oz can green chilies 
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic 
  • 2 tbsp Tony’s Chachere’s Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into the slow cooker and stir.

  2. Cook on high for 4-6 hours until rice is fully cooked.
