Homemade Marshmallow Creme (Cream) or Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg White Room Temperature
  • 3/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Confectioners Sugar (Powdered)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.

  2. Add the room temperature egg white, corn syrup and salt to mixing bowl.

  3. Using beater attachment, mix on low to combine ingredients.

    Mix on high speed for 5 minutes or until the mixture has doubled in volume.

  4. Turn mixer back to low and add in powdered sugar and add the vanilla.

  5. Mix on low until all ingredients are combined, thick and glossy.

  6. Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
