Put your Instant Pot on the saute setting.
Add the ground beef, Italian Sausage and Onion to the pot.
Stir and cook until the meat is no longer pink and onion is translucent.
I do not drain the meat but you can if you prefer.
Now add the remaining ingredients.
Stir so that everything is fully incorporated.
Put on the lid and set for pressure cooking
Set your Instant Pot to manual, high pressure for 24 minutes.
Once cooking is complete allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 - 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
Dish into large bowls and top with shredded cheese and fresh green onions.
Other toppings to consider, chopped crispy bacon and a dollop of sour cream.
