
Set the instant pot to sauté and toss inground beef to brown. season with Italian Seasoning

Once meat is browned, add pasta sauce. Cook for 1 minute
Spray the inside of a spring mold pan with oil and cover bottom of pan with lasagna noodles. You will need to cut the noodles to fit.

Layer on the meat sauce, cheddar, mozzarella and cottage cheese. Repeat two more times
Top layer will be noodles, and remaining meat sauce. Cover with foil and place on a trivet in the instant pot. Add 1 cup of water to the instant pot and pressure cook on high for 40 minutes

Allow for pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes and then manually release the pressure.
Remove from instant pot, and place under broiler for 5 minutes.

Top with parmesan cheese and let rest for 20 minutes
