Go-To Dinner

July 7, 2013 by Tiffany Davis 5 Comments

It is a lazy evening at our house.  The teenager is off to the movies with her friends and hubby took the little one down to the community pool for a swim.

It is too hot to cook and frankly I’d rather be watching an episode Lark Rise to Candleford (I love British tv but I’ll talk about that later).

So I know when hubs and kid come back from their swim they’ll be starving for a late dinner.  So I just threw this into the oven…

This is my Go-To Dinner.

Free-Range Chicken Legs and Brussel’s Sprouts
Drizzled with Coconut Oil and Spiced up with garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt, paprika and thyme
Thrown in an oven at 400 for about 40 – 50 minutes

So what is your go-to dinner??????
