I have put together 51 freezer meals that you can make ahead of time. That means you can plan and make these meals ahead to feed your family on a busy night.

Make Ahead Chicken Parmesan
This easy to make chicken parmesan is a perfect freezer friendly dinner that will make meal planning a cinch!
Ingredients Needed for Make Ahead Chicken Parmesan
- Chicken breasts (cubed or shredded)
- Marinara sauce
- Grated parmesan
- Mozzarella cheese
- Breadcrumbs (homemade or panko is fine)
- Vegetable oil
- Garlic salt
Steps to Making Chicken Parmesan
Recipe Prep:
- Cook chicken if raw. Cube or shred chicken.
- Combine mozzarella and parmesan, set aside.
- Combine breadcrumbs, oil, and garlic salt.
Assemble The Casserole:
- Spray freezer-proof baking dish (use disposable if you plan to give this meal away)
- Evenly spread the cooked chicken on the bottom of a 10×13 dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over top, smooth out with spoon or rubber spatula.
- Sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over top of sauce.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture on top.
- Cover with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Freeze.
To Serve:
- Thaw in fridge overnight.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
- Once cooked through and bubbly, remove foil and broil for 2-3 minutes to brown breadcrumbs.

Make Ahead Chicken Parmesan Freezer Meal
Ingredients
- 4 Cooked Chicken breasts (cubed or shredded)
- 28 oz Marinara sauce
- 3/4 cup Grated parmesan
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (homemade or panko is fine)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
Instructions
