We all want a clean house. But we have to be careful with the products we choose to use. So many store bought cleaners are filled with chemicals and fumes that are not good for long term health.

I really like to make my own cleaning products. I like to keep my DIY simple as much as possible too. This homemade toilet bowl cleaner fits the bill.

This cleaner uses only 3 household ingredients, making it a frugal choice too (got to love that.).

I also like that I can escape the overwhelming scents that some cleaners use these days. I am not breathing in harsh fumes from toxic chemicals with my homemade cleaner.

I like to give my bowl a daily swish to keep them fresh and hard water stains from forming. I can whip up a batch of the homemade cleaner quickly.

If you deal with hard water water spots or stubborn stains your in toilet bowl I highly recommend using a Pumice Stone. I like a pumice stone because I’m not spraying chemicals, there is no wait time and they work fast!
