Air Fryer Pizookie Recipe

Step 1
- Using a mixer, mix together butter, brown sugar and sugar until creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Add vanilla and eggs and beat for 1 minute.
- Slowly add flour, baking soda and salt.

- Using a spring mold pan, add parchment paper to bottom of pan and spray the inside with oil.
- Add four ice cream scoops of cookie batter into pan.
- Compress the cookie batter to evenly fill the pan and cook on 370 for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let sit and cool for 15 minutes before removing pazookie.
