Air Fryer Eggs Benedict Recipe
Ingredients
Eggs Benedict Ingredients
- 3 Whole English Muffins
- 15 Slices Canadian Bacon
- 6 Eggs
Hollandaise Sauce
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Dried Parsley for Garnish
Instructions
Hollandaise Sauce

Place an inch of water in a saucepan. Place over high heat and set a glass bowl over boiling water. In the glass bowl, put the sauce ingredients in and whisk continuously until sauce thickens and temperature reach 160°. Set aside
For Eggs

Pre-heat your air fryer to 380 degrees

Place oiled Ramekins in the air fryer basket and crack one egg in each.
Cook on 380° for 5 minutes.

Remove the Ramekins carefully.

Place ham slices in the air fryer basket and cook on 400° for 5 minutes

While ham is cooking, toast the muffins.

To assemble, place 1oz of ham on a half a muffin. Top with egg and hollandaise sauce and garnish with parsley.
