Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz package bacon
  • Cooking spray
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen hash browns
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar
  • Freshly chopped chives, for garnish
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in skillet until crispy.

  2. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate, then crumble.

  3. Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.

  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and garlic.

  5. In the slow cooker, layer half the hash browns, cooked bacon, onion, and cheese.

  6. Repeat layers, then egg mixture over top.

  7. Cover and cook on low until eggs are fluffy and set, about 5-6 hours.

  8. Should be browed on the top when finished

  9. Garnish with chives for serving
