Allow your rolls to sit and rise for an additional 30 minutes. Cover with a clean dish towel.
While your rolls are rising, preheat your oven to 375°F.
Transfer your rolls (pinch side down) to a greased cookie sheet. You may need one large cookie sheet, or two small cookie sheets.

FAQs for Homemade Dinner Rolls

Can I substitute the bread flour for all-purpose flour?

While they may not be quite as fluffy, you can definitely substitute all-purpose flour for the bread flour. Just make sure to follow the same measurements listed in the recipe.

Can I add herbs or spices to the rolls?

Absolutely! Feel free to add some dried herbs or spices into the dough for added flavor. Just make sure to adjust the measurements of the other ingredients as needed.

Can I make these rolls gluten-free?

You can try using a gluten-free flour blend in place of the bread flour, but keep in mind that the texture and rising abilities may be affected. We recommend doing some research and finding a good gluten-free bread recipe specifically, rather than trying to adapt this one.
