Simple to make no yeast bread recipe.

No Yeast Bread Recipe

This delicious bread makes a fantastic toast! You will love this rustic bread topped with my Orange Marmalade Butter or Strawberry Jam – both are made in your Instant Pot.

This is truly an easy recipe.

You don’t have to be a professional baker to make a yummy rustic bread. Really, this recipe will convince you that you are a baker at heart.

What is your favorite recipe for homemade bread?

Well I’m sort of partial to this recipe. I like fast and easy, and no yeast bread fits the bill on that.

I also love a good Irish Soda Bread. I have a recipe here with my Crock Pot Corned Beef Recipe.

Can you make bread without sugar?

Not this recipe. Because you are not using yeast the tiny amount of sugar in the recipe is needed to get a bit of rise on the rustic bread.

Does bread contain egg?

Generally a basic bread recipe will not contain eggs. Some will do an egg wash over the topic for a more golden brown crust.

Can I bake bread immediately after making dough?

With this recipe you CAN. You do not need to let this bread rise before baking.

Do I have to knead bread before baking?

Most breads will require at least some kneading, this one just needs a bit of light kneading. Some breads, like Ciabatta, do not require kneading.

Can I use self-rising flour to make bread?

I personally would not recommend self-rising flour for bread making. It is a better choice for cakes, cupcakes, pancakes and maybe biscuits.
